Each member of the professional faculty of St. Pius X Catholic School is degreed and meets all Texas Catholic Conference of Bishops (TCCB-ED) personnel requirements. Many have completed advance course work or have Masters degrees, and every teacher participates in ongoing professional development. The school also employs a librarian, as well as a counselor and instructional aides.
